The special zone of China roses in Nanling Botanic Garden is full of beautiful blossoming roses after the spring rain.

On arriving at Nanling Botanic Garden, visitors may be amazed by the spectaculars China roses with different shapes and colors. All of them display their gorgeous images to visitors in the sunny days. The tree which is full of China roses is named tree-rose. Compared with ordinary China roses, it is bigger and its florescence is longer.

China rose is one of the city flowers of Chenzhou city, so the special city flower zones of China rose and crape myrtle were figured out in Nanling Botanic Garden as one of the projects of fifth phase of Chenzhou city greening plan. After analyzing growth habit of China roses and Chenzhou city’s environment, the professional technicians of the botanic garden decided to introduce 26 species of China roses suitable for the high temperature and moisture climate into Chenzhou city, such as tree-rose, morden cvs of Chlimbers and Ramblers, grandiflora roses, floribunda roses, rose, miniature rose, ground cover rose, and etc.
