It was reported that a briefing conference for the preparation work of first Chenzhou Games was held in Chenzhou city on September 9, 2015. It was mainly for listening to the working reports of the preparation of the games and discussing some solutions of traffic control, transportation, ticket, reception, and etc. Li Ting- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City and Deputy Director of Organization Committee of Chenzhou Games attended the conference and delivered a speech there.

Followed the concepts of full participation, harmony, thrifty and safety, all matches of the games are free to the public.

12 programs of the arts and sports performance have been confirmed, such as overture“Song of Joy”, male solo “True Heroes”, female solo “Chenzhou-My Home”, male solo “the country is so affectionate”, chorus “You and Me”, whistle “Tasha Xing”, and etc. All are being proceeded to rehearsal.

Li required that all the staffs of the preparation committee should pay special attention on the work and try their best to handle the preparation work well. They should take active actions to present some suggestions to improve the preparation work and help to solve the problems; and should place more attention on the details to ensure the games to be carried out safely. Every step should be perfected and dispatched relative staffs to take charge of it. All departments should work together and cooperate with each other to promote the preparation work.
