Zou Wenhui, Deputy Party Secretary came to Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone for investigation. Zou Wenhui pointed out that we should make full use of policies and platforms, give full play to the role of talents, and promote the high-quality development of Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone was formerly Chenzhou Export Processing Zone. In December 2016, the State Council approved the integration and upgrading of export processing zone into comprehensive bonded zone with a planned area of 1.06 square kilometers. In 2017, it passed the acceptance by the National Acceptance Group and was officially closed on August 22, 2018, which was the fifth comprehensive bonded area in Hunan Province. There are 29 registered enterprises in the zone, which completed a total of 986 million dollars in foreign trade imports and exports in 2018, an increase of 34.28 percent over the previous year.

Zou Wenhui visited Telta Electronics (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd., Hunan Tefa Technology Co., Ltd. (Shasha Import Cosmetics Bonded Warehouse), Chenzhou Panshi Electronics Co., Ltd., Wanhui Baina Project Factory Decoration Site, Hunan Xiangchen Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. and other places to inspect the enterprise situation, understand the problems existing in the current development of enterprises, and explore the potential and future development direction of enterprises. At the subsequent forum, the relevant departments of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Chenzhou Comprehensive Boned Zone, Chenzhou Customs and Municipal Government spoke freely about seizing the opportunity of national policies and promoting the high-quality development of Comprehensive Boned Areas.
 

Zou Wenhui pointed out that we should make good use of the policies, give full play to the advantages of the platform, and promote Chenzhou Comprehensive Boned Zone better and stronger; should make good use of all kinds of preferential policies given by the state, and give full play to the role of an open platform for Comprehensive Boned Zone; should straighten out the system and mechanism and strive to build an operational entity platform; should make full use of the new plan, recruit a group of elite generals and professionals to enrich the work force, and enhance the ability of Comprehensive Boned Zone officers to do the businesses.

Zou Wenhui emphasized that we should conform to the development needs of Comprehensive Boned Zone in terms of ideology and concepts, supervise the matters that have been decided, and do a good job in implementing them; should strengthen investigation and research, and implement inventory management basing on the current situation of enterprises to let all cadres and workers in the zone have pressure and burdens.
