Qu Hai: a sound role should be played on audit result to improve the credibility of government

2013 Leadership Group Conference of Chenzhou Cadres Economic Responsibility Audit was held on April 12, 2013. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and required that a sound role should be played on audit result to improve the credibility of government.
The application comments on 2012 audit results and 2013 economic responsibility audit plan were discussed on the conference.

It was pointed out by Qu Hai that the economic responsibility audit should be improved as an important supervision for further enhancing the cadre supervision management; leadership should be strengthened to guarantee and promote the economic responsibility audit; and closer economic responsibility audit and cadre management supervision should be enhanced to ensure the overall arrangement of audit plan and utilization of audit result.

Qu stressed that upgrading of audit quality should be improved to be the internal driving force of deepen economic responsibility audit work, so enhanced responsibility sense, outstanding pertinency, key aspects and new method of audit work should be upgraded to promote its further improvement.

Qu required that strict enforcement of law should be carried out as an efficient way to improve the audit departments’executive power and credibility. All the audit departments should focus on the upgrading of government credibility to handle the audit work.
