It was introduced by the leadership group office of Chenzhou industrial transformation that 6 special actions would be handled out in “enterprise service month” to solve the prominent problems hindered on the way of the further improvement of enterprises and accelerate Chenzhou city’s industrial transformation speed.

The 6 actions were concerned for policy implementation, enterprise assistance, project promotion, on-site working, burden alleviation, management upgrading and corporate finance. Recently, some on-site working conferences were carried out to solve the practical problems as water and electricity for some key projects and enterprises by some municipal leaders and relative departments.

According to the plan, 65 projects covering more than 100 million yuan investment of each would be promoted in Chenzhou city. To ensure all the favorable policies and sound development condition can be granted to improve the projects, some special actions have been handled by relative departments which helped to settle many difficulties. 

Concerned for the corporate finance issue, two bank and enterprise financing conferences were carried out by Chenzhou government to enhance the communication between the banks and companies. At the meantime, about 8 billion yuan provincial loan was obtained successfully by attending some Hunan provincial level financial conference.
