Qu Hai investigated Chenzhou municipal intermediate people’s court and people’s procuratorate

In the morning of June 17, 2013, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led a team to investigate Chenzhou municipal intermediate people’s court and people’s procuratorate. Qu pointed out that both the two departments should take active actions to promote the development of Chenzhou city.
In recent three years, 11 national awards were gained by Chenzhou municipal intermediate people’s court. 19 national awards were granted to Chenzhou people’ procuratorate from 2012.

Qu stated that both Chenzhou municipal intermediate people’s court and people’s procuratorate should take active actions on Chenzhou city’s take-off. On this point, a strong legal guarantee system should be formed by both the two departments with innovative working measures and an enhanced service level should be improved by them with integrity image of the judicial departments.

Qu also pointed out that all the departments should work together with Chenzhou municipal intermediate people’s court and people’s procuratorate to promote the improvement of legal guarantee system. A better working condition should be provided by departments to make sure the two judicial departments can handle out their routine work well.
